Looking for an apartment

I want a room or a shared flat for me and my husband with a house contract to register our residence , we are newly wedded couple and we planning to come and live and work in Germany.We want between 250 - 350 euros per month. We will be in Germany on the 10th of october 2016 ,we will like the house very close to the bus station , furnished or unfurnished kitchen , but we will appreciate if the room is or will be furnished .we will also like if there will be an internet in the room .
Finally , any city and districts is good for us as we are not familiar with Germany at all,
