Die Wohnung liegt in Top Lage zu Fuß 3 min vom Luisenplatz entfernt, neben dem Klinikum. Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon und Bad, im Zimmer gibt es eine kleine Küchenzeile mit 2 Kochplatten, Kühlschrank und Mini-Spülmaschine. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, es gibt jedoch kein Bett. Die Möbel können für insgesamt 150€ VB übernommen werden, zumindest der Kleiderschrank sollte auf jeden Fall übernommen werden.
Im Badezimmer (ca 1.5m^2) gibt es einen Spiegelschrank und eine Dusche.
Das Haus hat den Charme eines ehemaligen Studentenwohnheims und es gibt einen allgemeinen Waschkeller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Internet kann man nur von Unitymedia beziehen.
Die Wohnung wird nur an eine Person vermietet.

The flat is located in a 3 minute walking distance to Luisenplatz, the centre of Darmstadt. All bus and tram stations are nearby.
The flat has one big room, a balcony and a small bathroom. The kitchen is part of the living room and contains a refridgerator, a mini dishwasher and a cooking space as well as a sink. The flat has all the classic student furniture but no bed. You can have the furniture for about 150€, but we ask you to at least take the wardrobe.
In the bathroom (about 1.5m^2) there is a mirror cabinet and a shower.
The house has the charm of a former student residence and there is a general washing room with washing machine and dryer.
Internet is only available from Unitymedia.
The apartment is only rented to one person.
