I am offering you to become a new tenant of my current room in the Uninest student dormitory. The apartment is a bright fully furnished studio with private bathroom and kitchen. It is around 22 m2 and suitable for a student. It is located at the first floor. The price is 599 € per month all inclusive (WiFi, electricity, water, heating, small gym...).

Lage
It is located in Havelstrasse very close to the Hochschule, 10 minutes walking to the city center and 5 minutes walking from the station. The closest public transportation stop is Berliner allee with many buses and tram. It is also very close to ESOC if you are going to have an internship there. Contact as soon as you can.

Sonstiges
It is a student dormitory with events organized by the rental team. The team will be responsible for any fixing in the apartment and they are very happy to help.
On site, there are washing machines and dryers, which you can use at any time.
There are common rooms for studying and playing pool, football and a small gym.
You can also park your bike in the building if you want (the service is included). There is plenty of room for cars but if needed you can rent a spot in the garage of the dormitory.
There are also public terraces.
For the safety, The residence is video-monitored 24 hours a day.
