Nachmieter Gesucht Studentenwohnheim Dieburg

Suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung im Studentenwohnheim Dieburg. Nur Studenten mit gültiger Imatrikulation (egal welche Fh oder Uni). Wohnung ab dem 30.09 od. früher zu Beziehen. Miete "All inlusiv" auch Internet, Strom, Wasser und Möbel (Bett, Tisch, 2 Stühle, Einbauschrank und Küche)

Warum solltet ihr mein Zimmer Nachmieten und nicht direkt vom Vermieter? Ich habe das Glück einer der Außenzimmer zu ergattern, also rechts als auch obendrüber keinen anderen Mieter :D

Kaution: 900 € und ist vor Einzug zu stellen.

Why should you rent my room again and not directly from the state? I am lucky enough to get hold of one of the outside rooms, even on the right as no other tenant above: D.

Deposit: 900 € and is to be provided before moving in.
