Die Wohnung ist ruhig zum Hof gelegen, sehr hell und sehr schön. Sie hat alles, was man braucht also von Klobürste bis zum Bett, sogar Gästebett. Ich wohne vorübergehend woanders, da die Wohnung aber so nett ist, möchte ich sie noch nicht ganz aufgeben. Das Haus ist angenehm. Die Gegend super...
Die Wohnung hat Küche + Bad + 2 Zimmer (1 Durchgangszimmer).
Voraussetzung: zuverlässige, saubere, ordentliche Mieter - ich lege Wert auf meine Sachen.
Der Preis wäre für mich verhandelbar - ab 250 € + Nebenkosten...
Kaution und/ oder Nachweis über eine Haftpflichtversicherung wäre ebenfalls notwendig - aber alles nach 1. persönlichem Kontakt.
