Da ich meine Bachelor- Arbeit im Ausland schreibe, vermiete ich mein gemütliches 1 Zimmer- Apartment vom 1. Juli bis Mitte November im Stadtteil Dresden Cotta/Löbtau.
Es ist ein kleines, aber gemütliches, helles (3 Fenster) ca. 22qm großes Apartment.
Dies ist über eine kleine Wendeltreppe erreichbar, denn die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hinterhaus, von dem man auf den Innenhof guckt.
Es ist vollständig möbliert, sodass es sich als Zwischenmiete perfekt eignet.
Die kleine Kochecke besitzt einen Mikrowellen-Grill sowie einen Herd und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, jedoch habe ich keinen Backofen.
Das eigene Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine.

Some random information:
I live in a small, but cozy one room apartment (so this is not a flat share).
It is completely furnished, thus you just need to bring your stuff...
it has a washing machine (a little kitchenette with microwave, stove but without oven).
The bathroom includes a washing machine and a shower.
All in all (with DSL-Internet and incidentals I would like to have that money I'd pay for these months... and that is about 285€/ months (including the wify- costs and everything).
It's the same I am paying at the moment, and I think that would be fair ;)
Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Haustür, sodass man keine Minute bis zur Haltestelle braucht.
Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Fahrrad die Uni in 20 mins und die Altstadt in 15 mins.
Die Elbe liegt ca 10 Geh-Minuten von der Whonung enfernt, sodass man auch schnell ins "Grüne" kommt.
Die Gegend ist ziemlich ruhig, man kommt aber innerhalb von 10 mins zu Fuß an die Elbe, und dank der Nähe zu einem größeren Bus- und Trambahn- Haltestelle "Tharandterstraße" kann man von dort aus viele Busse und Straßenbahnen nehmen, die einen direkt zur Uni, in die Altstadt oder Neustadt fahren.
Im Sommer kann man gut im Innenhof lernen oder Frühstücken, Tische und Stühle sind dafür vorhanden ;)
Auch eine Vermietung über einen kürzeren Zeitraum möglich!
