Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung in Dresden-Löbtau für meine Zeit im Ausland von Ende März bis Ende Juli (genauer Zeitraum nach Absprache). Die Wohnung hat 1,5 Zimmer und eine Wohnfläche von 36qm - ein großes Bad mit Tageslicht, einen Ess-, Wohn- und Arbeitsbereich und ein Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon. Die Küche ist gerade mal ein Jahr alt und hat alles was man braucht. Das Laminat wurde vor meinem Einzug ebenfalls vor einem Jahr erst neu gelegt und gibt der Wohnung einen warmen Touch. Mein persönliches Highlight ist der große Balkon mit passgenauer Sitzecke. Im Frühling und Sommer kann man dort ab mittags ordentlich Kraft und Sonne tanken! Für einen kurzen Zeitraum von 3-4 Monaten kann man in meiner Wohnung sicherlich auch gut zu zweit auskommen. :) Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten OG und die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine im Keller. Ich finde das perfekt, weil man in der Wohnung dann mehr Platz hat. Nach Absprache würde ich dir auch alles Nötige da lassen, was du benötigst um eine gute Zeit in meiner Wohnung zu haben. Bei Fragen schreib mich einfach an.
Den genauen Zeitraum können wir dann auch gemeinsam besprechen.

I am looking for a tenant for my apartment in Dresden-Löbtau from the end of March until the end of July (exact period by arrangement). The apartment has 1.5 rooms and a living area of 36sqm - a large bathroom with natural light, a kitchen, living- and working area and a bedroom with access to the balcony. The kitchen is just one year old and has everything you need. The floor was also just renewed a year ago before I moved in and gives the apartment a warm touch. My personal highlight is the large balcony with its seating area. In spring and summer you can hang out in there sun starting at noon! For a short period of 3-4 months you can certainly live there as a couple. :) The apartment is on the second floor and the neighbors are all very nice.
There is a communal washing machine in the basement. I think that's perfect because you have more space in the apartment then. If you like I would also leave you everything you need to have a good time in my apartment. If you have any questions just get in touch with me.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Dresden-Löbtau, direkt am Bonhoefferplatz - du hast quasi einen kleinen Erholungsort direkt vor der Tür. Du bist direkt in der Stadt, wohnst aber trotzdem ruhig. In Löbtau wohnen viele Studierende und junge Familien. Die Haltestelle "Tharandter Straße" erreichst du nach 8 Minuten zu Fuß und kommst von dort perfekt an alle wichtigen Stellen in Dresden: Altstadt, Bahnhof und Neustadt sind nur ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt noch eine nähere Haltestelle, um dir den Fußweg ab und zu zu ersparen ;) Die Uni erreichst von dort aus auch perfekt mit dem Bus in nur 10 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad bist du sogar noch schneller.
Gleichzeitig bist du von der Wohnung aus auch schnell aus der Stadt raus zum Spazieren gehen oder wandern und erreichst die Autobahn recht schnell.
Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Aldi, Netto und Rewe in Fußnähe, und ein großes Kaufland auch nicht weit weg. An der Tharandter Straße gibt's außerdem eine Post, Apotheken, Fitnessstudios, Drogeriemärkte, Blumenladen und weitere kleine Läden. Die Lage ist also auch perfekt für alle, die kein Auto haben. Bei weiteren Fragen zur Lage stehe ich auch gern zur Verfügung.
Für ärztliche Versorgung ist ebenfalls gesorgt.

The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau, directly at Bonhoefferplatz - it is a cute little park that's perfect to meet up with others. You are close to the city, but still live quietly. Many students and young families live there. You can reach the bus stop "Tharandter Straße" in 8 minutes on foot, and from there you can reach all important places in Dresden perfectly: Altstadt, central train station and Neustadt are only about 10 minutes away. There is also a closer bus stop to save you the walk every now and then ;) You can also reach the university perfectly from there by bus in only 10 minutes, and by bike you are even faster.
At the same time, you can get out of the city just as fast to go for walks or hikes and reach the highway quite quickly.
There are many shopping opportunities such as Aldi, Netto and Rewe within walking distance, and a large Kaufland also not far away. At "Tharandter Straße", there is also a post office, pharmacies, gyms, drugstores, flower shops and other small stores. The location is also perfect for those who do not have a car.
