ich vermiete ein voll eingerichtetes 1 Raum Apartment in Dresden Naußlitz (Mini-Stadtteil neben Löbtau) zur Untermiete.Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon mit Überdachung und ist eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Küche mit Waschmaschine, Schreibtisch, Bett, Couch. Das Apartment ist ca 48 qm groß und kann von bis zu 2 Personen genutzt werden.Es gibt einen Keller zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern o.ä.
Der Mietpreis beträgt 352 € Warmmiete zzgl. 30 € Strom.
WLAN ist vorhanden und Wohnung ist für zwei Personen geeignet. Die Kaution beträgt 200 €. Ich suche eine/n oder zwei solide Leute, die da ohne große Stressaktionen wohnen.

Das Apartment befindet sich in Dresden Naußlitz, ganz in der Nähe des Stadtteils Dresden Löbtau. Es gibt beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 5 Minuten Fussweg), Öffentlicher Nahverkehr (Strassenbahn ca. 8 Minuten und Bus ca. 2 Minuten Fussweg).
Auch für Studenten ist die Erreichbarkeit bzw. der Weg zur Uni recht easy...
Öffentliche Parkplätze sind immer vorhanden, bei Bedarf kann auch ein Parkplatz im Hof gemietet werden.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung, da ich für längere Zeit auswärts arbeite.
Die Wohnung ist bis 31.03.2017 frei, falls Du kürzer da wohnen möchtest ist das prinzipiell kein Problem.
