ich habe ab etwa 1.3. (wenn gewünscht vielleicht auch eher) meine Wohnung in der Dresdner Neustadt wieder zur Untermiete frei.
Hier nochmal alles zusammengefasst zur Wohnung:
Louisenstraße 66 (gegenüber Blumenau) im Hinterhof (Mittelhaus)

310 € Warmmiete
+ 19,90€ Internet
+ derzeit 22€ Strom
Noch drin hab ich: Küche, großes Regal, Schrank, Bett.
Ich selbst studier in Graz und konnte mich, als ich letztes Jahr aus DD wegzog nicht von der Wohnung trennen, falls ich in paar Jahren zurück kommen sollte.
Ich werd vom 9.2. bis 21.2. in Dresden sein und für eine Wohnungsbesichtigung bereit stehen, wenn du möchtest.
