Hallo,
Ich suche eine(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, da ich für einige Zeit im Ausland bin. Meine Wohnung wäre zu haben vom 28.5.2013 bis 26.8.2013.
Sehr schöne und möblierte Wohnung mit viel Platz und besitzt eine vollständig ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Ceran-Kochfeld, Gefrierfach, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle.
Das Zimmer hat ein Doppelfenster mit Vorhang und ist vollständig möbliert (Doppelbett, Schrank, Regal, Kommode, Schreibtisch). Bei Bedarf würde ich dir auch das Bettzeug stellen.
Hier fahren die 7,8 und 13. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wie ja überall in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Im Mietpreis von 300€ sind auch Heizkosten und Wasser enthalten, allerdings fallen noch Stromkosten pro Monat an.
