Einzimmerwohnung mitten in der Neustadt zur Zwischenmiete

Hallo!

Während der Monate August, September und Oktober steht meine kleine, gemütliche Einzimmerwohnung zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Sie liegt im 2. Stockwerk eines hübschen Neubaus gegenüber dem „Bottom's Up“ und hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Einzig die Waschmaschine fehlt (noch), aber es gibt direkt um die Ecke einen Waschsalon. Wäscheständer ist vorhanden.

Die Küche besteht u.a. aus einem geräumigen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einem Herd mit Ofen und einer Spülmaschine. Vollständiges Koch-, Back- und Essgeschirr wäre vorhanden.

Die Wohnung selbst hat, wie ihr auf den Bildern seht, mehrere Schränke, ein großes Bett, ein Sofa, einen Schreib- und einen Esstisch sowie mehrere Stühle. Ich besitze auch einen alten Fernseher mitsamt Videorecorder und DVD-Player, für echte Retro-Film-Abende.
Internet ist auch vorhanden, ebenso ein funktionierender Telefonanschluss, allerdings habe ich kein Telefongerät.

Weiterhin findet ihr in der Wohnung eine große Badewanne, und zur Wohnung führt ein Aufzug.

Zwei Fenster gehen raus auf die Martin-Luther-Strasse, die wegen des Biergartens etwas laut werden kann. Jedoch schließt das Bottom's Up relativ früh und bei verriegelten Fenstern ist es ruhig.

Die Martin-Luther-Strasse ist trotz ihrer zentralen Lage noch eine sehr ruhige Strasse mitten in der Neustadt, einem quirligen Viertel voller Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Geschäften, Ruheoasen, verrückten Projekten und Wohngemeinschaften und Vielem zum Entdecken.

In direkter Nachbarschaft sind ein Netto und der Bui, sowie dm und Rewe. Spätis sind auch reichlich vorhanden und der Alaunpark ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Ebenso läuft man bloß 5-10 min zur Elbe runter.

Hello there!

For the months of August, September and October my cozy and small (32 m²) studio apartment is for rent.
It is located in the second floor of a nice modern building opposite of the “Bottom's Up” and it offers everything you need to live comfortably, except for a washing machine. But there is a laundromat just around the corner and I do have a laundry rack.

The kitchen has among other things a fridge with a freezing compartment, a stove and an oven plus a dish washer. A complete set of cookware and dishes, well, everything you might ever need, is there to use as well.

The flat contains, as you can see on the pictures, some cupboards, a big bed, a sofa, a desk and a dining table and some chairs. There is also an old TV-set with VCR and a DVD-player for real retro-film-events. There is also WLAN in the flat and a landline connection, though I don't have a telephone.

There is also a big bath tub in the flat and an elevator leading up to my floor.

Two windows face the Martin-Luther-Strasse, which in the summer months can get noisy, due to the Biergarten of Bottom's Up. But they close relatively early and with windows shut it's rather quiet.

The Martin-Luther-Strasse is, despite its central location, a peaceful street in the middle of Neustadt. Neustadt – that's a lively part of Dresden full of bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, places of peace and quiet, crazy projects and squats/shared living and so much more to discover.

Just down the street you can find the shops Netto and Bui, dm and Rewe, as well as Spätshops for late night- or weekend-shopping. Further down you have the Alaunpark and just 5-10 min is all you need to reach the Elbe.
