I am looking for a Nachmieter for my 1 room apartment available from 15.05 for long-term rent. I enjoyed living here and the only reason for leaving is change of workplace.
The apartment has a separate kitchen equipped with built in kitchen niche, table and chair and washing-dryer machine. The living room is spacious and can easily fit a bedroom side and a living room side with a couch. The furniture that stays is: kitchen, table and chair, washer-dryer machine, wardrobe and bed frame with a small mattress.
Additionally, there is quite a large balcony with a view in the garden and a separate shed for storage, which is very handy.
The neighbours are young people, either couples or students who are friendly and easy going.
The location is especially suitable for students of the HTW and nature lovers. It is a very calm place without sources of extreme noise around. There are plenty of hiking paths right next to the house, be it along the hills, the beautiful Pillnitz castle or the river side.
There is a very good connection to the city with Bus 63 every 10min and drives at night as well at larger intervals of time. The bus stop is right in front of the house. The bus reaches Schillerplatz in around 20min and the university clinics in 35min. Currently due to construction works it takes longer than usual to get to the clinics, however the constructions are going to be finished around June.
There is a supermarket around 1km away, several restaurants, pharmacy, Sparkasse bank and doctor practice.
The rent is 488€ without internet and electricity. The apartment is currently managed by an administration company, which takes care if something breaks or if there are any other issues.
