It is a bright and spacious furnished studio flat. It is very close to tramway stop and there are two big markets in a minute walking distance. I have happily stayed in the flat for nearly two years. Since I am moving to another city, I am renting to another person.
My personal furniture and households are TV, table with drawer, carpets, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board and the rest of them belong to the flat.

Es ist eine helle und geräumige möblierte Studio-Wohnung. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle und es gibt zwei große Märkte in einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich bin glücklich seit fast zwei Jahren in der Wohnung. Da ich nach eine andere Stadt ziehe, vermiete ich an eine andere Person.
Meine persönlichen Möbel und Haushalte sind Fernseher, Tisch mit Schublade, Teppiche, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett und der Rest gehört zur Wohnung.
