The Apartment is located at Studentenwerk, Budapesterstraße 24 (About 1km from TU Dresden Campus). The floor has 4 rooms. But currently only 2 rooms are occupied. So, 2 people share 1 Kitchen, 1 Bathroom and 1 washroom. Clothes can be washed in the Washing machines in the Basement and there is also a Cycle storage space and an open parking space too.
The Window opens towards the roadside and it feels very lively. The room receives ample sunlight and wind keeping it both cool and bright.
The room can be given only to Students. The room is available for a period of one month from 29th July 2015 to 31st August 2015. Rent for this period is 220 Euro.
The building is located on Budapesterstraße. Schweizerstraße Bustop is just outside the building. LIDL is just 1 minute walking distance, TU Dresden and Dresden Hauptbahnhof are both 10-15 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
The room can only be given to Students.
