1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Südvorstadt

nachdem ich jetzt 2 Jahre in Dresden gewohnt habe und umziehen werde, bin ich jetzt dabei
einen Nachmieter für meine 33qm große Einraumwohnung zu finden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Südvorstadt, in der Nähe zum Wasaplatz (5min zu Fuß), sie ist 33qm groß und liegt im Erdgeschoß eines Studentenwohnheims. Somit sind natürlich Studenten, Schüler oder Auszubildende als Nachmieter bevorzugt ( muss aber nicht sein ).
Die Wohnung an sich verfügt über WLAN-Anschluss, einen Kabelanschluß (mit dem genügend Sender zu erreichen sind - aber verfolgt heut zu Tage denn noch TV). integrierte Herdplatten in der Kochniche, eine Mikrowelle, eine riesen Dusche und einige Einrichtungsgegenstände wie z.B. Bett, Tisch, 2 Stühle, Regal
welche zum Standardinventar gehören.
Bei Interesse kann auch noch meine Schlafcouch, Fernsehtisch, Teppich und das Regal im Bad übernommen werden - fast für lau.
An der Erdgeschosswohnung befindet sich noch direkt eine eigene kleine Terasse wo du grillen, chillen oder einfach den Fahrrad anschliessen kannst wenn du kein Bock hast dass im Keller zutun.

Im Keller befindet sich noch ein Fahrradabteil, ein 'Waschsalon' (2,50E pro Wäsche).

after I spent 2y of my life in Dresden, I'm now going to move on. So there is you, my new and potential tenant for the 33sqm one room apartment.

The Apartment is located in the city-district Südvorstadt, in the near of Wasaplatz ( 5min by feet), it is 33sqm big and is laying on the ground-floor in a dormitory. So Students and Apprentices are preferred, but it's not a must. The Apartment enacts Wifi, cabel TV, hotplates, microwave, a huuuge shower and some furnishings like 2 chairs, bookshelf, wardrobe, table and bed with matress.
If your interested in the TV-Table, the bed couch, the carpet, and the shelf in the Bathroom you could also get them for a low-price.
The Appartment is connected to a small terrace where you could make a bbq, where you chill or lock you bike.

The basement includes a room with Washing-machines (2,50euros each wash), and a room for Bikes.
