English version
As I am moving from Dresden in January, I am putting this ad on renting the studio appartment available from Feb 1st 2023.
The appartment is very central ( 2 - 3 min walk to hauptbahnhof, rewe, lidl, restaurants, Saigon, fitness studio - Fitnessfirst).
It has a small balcony to enjoy sun light during summer and the view from balcony is pleasant.
In addition to that I would like to sell some of the furnitures and equipments like:

2. Couch ( convertable to double bed)
