ich suche ab 01.10. einen Nachmieter für meine kleine aber feine 1-Raum-Wohnung. Hier wird es Dir an nichts fehlen. Internet, Fernsehen oder Telefonanschluss lassen sich beim Netzbetreiber problemlos buchen (z.B. I-Net: 15,-€). Falls Du hier in Dresden studieren willst, benötigst Du mit dem Rad gerade mal 5 Min. bis in die Uni u. zum lernen wirst Du kaum etwas besseres finden. Ein paar Möbel möchte ich auch gern an Dich veräußern, gerade Bad- u. Küchenmöbel (+Herd u. Kühlschrankkombi) sind hier perfekt eingepasst. Wenn Du ernsthaft Interesse hast schreib mir einfach:
Zu Fuß wirst Du etwa 10 Min. (max. 15 Min.) in die Uni benötigen. Du findest in ca. 100m Luftentfernung Norma, Konsum, Sparkasse, Post, Optiker, Fleischer, Bäcker. Dort ist auch die Haltestelle Räcknitzhöhe, es hält die 11(Str.-Bahn) u. 85(Bus). 5-10 Min. Fußweg wirst Du zu Aldi u. Lidl einplanen müssen. Dort angekommen bietet sich auch die Möglk. mal zum Kaufland zu schlendern. Das Zimmer (sowie Balkon) ist in Südrichtung u. Du hast einen malerischen Blick auf Bannewitz oder auch die Babisnauer Pappel.
