Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffentlichen. Die Straßenbahn 11, Bus 85 fast vor der Tür. Aldi, Lidl, Konsum, Normal sind zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt, oder mit der Bahn 2 Stationen zu Netto (am Strehlener Platz), 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls 5 Minuten,oder 10min.zu Fuß. Sogar ein Spätshop und ein freundlicher Dönerladen sind quasi vor der Haustür.
Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick übers Elbtal und die Sächsische Schweiz
Weil ich weitem Weg von Dresden umziehen werde,sollten alle Sachen (Einbauküche,Waschmaschine,Möbel,...) mit eine geringe Abschlagszahlung übernommen werden.
