Die Wohnung ist eine Einzimmerwohnung im 15. Stock eines Plattenbau-Hochhauses (16 Stockwerke) in Zschertnitz. Da ich beim Umzug nicht alle Möbel mitgenommen habe, möchte ich die übrig gebliebenen an den Nachmieter / die Nachmieterin abtreten. Dazu gehören u.a. ein Bett, eine Couch, eine kleine Küche (inkl. Kühlschrank) und eine Waschmaschine (Rest: siehe Fotos). VB: 350€
Die Wohnung liegt in Uninähe (2 Stationen per Bus; Entfernung ca. 2km). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zugang zum ÖPNV liegen etwa 200m von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist per Straßenbahn (Linie 11) in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Ich bin nicht Vermieter dieser Wohnung, sondern der aktuelle Mieter. Vermieter ist die Vonovia SE (www.vonovia.de).
Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Nebenkosten stammen aus meiner letzten Abrechnung und sind damit aktuell. Der Mietpreis ist der, den ich bisher gezahlt habe. Ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass der Vermieter beim Mieterwechsel diesen nicht noch etwas erhöht!
