Meine sehr schöne Wohnung mit großem Balkon ist vom 1.6.2024 - 31.8.2024 zu vermieten :-)

Alternativ ist auch nur ein Monat oder zwei Monate möglich.

Die Wohnung ist 45 m2 groß, verfügt über ein Schlaf- sowie ein Wohnzimmer und ist perfekt für eine Person oder ein Pärchen (auch mit Kind).
Von der sonnigen Wohnung blickt man über die Dächer von Düsseldorf und ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten auf der KÖ. Sie verfügt über eine Küche inkl. Geschirrspülmaschine und sämtlicher Küchenutensilien. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett mit Bio-Latex Matratze (die abgebildete Matratze wird noch durch ein Doppelbett aus Holz inkl. Lattenrost ergänzt).Das Bad umfasst eine Badewanne sowie eine Waschmaschine von Miele. Herzstück der Wohnung ist die 10m lange Terrasse die zum Verweilen, Gärtnern und Sonnen einlädt.
Wlan und ein Aufzug vorhanden. Zum Bahnhof sin es 10 Minuten zu Fuss.
Kosten der angegebenen Miete pro Monat.
