Rooms Spechthausen paper fabrik community. Nature near Berlin

i subrent my 2 rooms (around 45m2 in total) in spechthausen, eberswalde from the 6th of may to 21th of june.
Its in a beautiful big community project with many artists in an old paper fabric surround by the forest. One room is empty and can be used for training, meditating, painting... the other is with furniture (bed,desk, storage possibilities). There is also a shared kitchen, a river, a pizza oven, an outside bar and a loooot of community space..
It will be 600 in total for both months!

Its 37 minutes by train from berlin 15 mins by bus to the train station
