Ich suche für das Wintersemester 2012/13 (eventuell Verlängerung bis Juli 2013) einen Zwischenmieter für mein Wohnheimzimmer.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m² groß und liegt in der 2. Etage des Wohnheims.Zum Zimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC und ein geräumiger Vorraum.
Außerdem ist das Zimmer komplett möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal,...).
Auf der Etage befindet sich eine Gemeinschaftsküche.
Die Miete beträgt 175,00€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten.
Wenn du Interesse an einem hellen, geräumigen Zimmer in nächster Nähe zur Hochschule hast, dann melde Dich bei mir.

Das Wohnheim befindet sich direkt auf dem Hochschulgelände der Angewandten Kunst Schneeberg.
Bis zum Stadtzentrum und nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuss.
5 Gehminuten vom Wohnheim entfernt befindet sich ein kleines Hallenbad mit Sauna.
