Hello,
I am looking for a Nachmieter for my room in central Frankfurt. The room is 30m2, is furnished with basic furniture. It is possible to rent without furniture, or just some of the furniture; the landlord is open for discussion regarding this.
Big room with big windows, very beautiful skyline view (especially sunset or sunrise). There is a lot of natural light. The square cut provides opportunities for easy decoration and arranging the furniture.
Room has a small bathroom inside with shower, sink, and toilet.
Kitchen is also spacious and shared among 5 rooms. Because everyone is working, it's always available for use. I have never had to wait for my turn to cook. Currently, some people only rent but not living there, so there are only 2-3 people using the kitchen.
8 minutes walking to Frankfurt Hbf. It's hardly be any more convenient. The building is located in the direction to Gallus, away from the red light district, so it is much more calm and quiet. It is also possible take the tram from Gürterplazt station; which is only 2 minutes away. Skyline Plaza is 5 minutes walking. REWE, Penny, Aldi are all in close distance.
Room is available since end of July / 1st of August. Also available for short-term (Aug & Sep)
The price I am paying currently is 635€ Warm, included everything; plus 15€ every month for a cleaning lady, who comes twice a month and clean the common area (Hallway and Kitchen).
