Hey there :)
I am looking for Zwischenmieter/in (Nachmieter/in is also possible) from April 5th to June 30.
It is 1 min. from West Bahnhof, only takes 5 mins to Hbf and 10 mins to Hauptwache (city centre).
It is one-year-old fully furnished apartment (bed, wardrobe, table, chairs, kitchen). I moved here a year ago and was the first tenant in this place - so everything is very clean and neat.
The room is very warm (don't need heating system much) and each floor in the building has washing machines and driers.
Rent (Total 490 Euro) includes electricity, heating and water. I share my internet with my neighbour (if you want I will organise it so that you can share as well). Given that FFM is a super expensive city in housing, 490Euro is very reasonable and appealing.
1 min. from West Bahnhof (4 S-Bahn lines, RE etc)
10 mins from Leipziger Strasse (U-Bahn), tram, Aldi, Penny, REWE, Post, dm, banks, various cafe and restaurants.
