Die Altbauwohnung im beliebten Stadtteil Bockenheim verfügt über 1 Zimmer, einen Balkon, eine recht große separate Küche, eine lange Diele und ein Tageslicht mit Dusche. Der Boden ist in der Küche gefliest, ansonsten liegt angenehmer Sisalteppich.
Die Wohnung im 2.OG ist vollmöbliert (Bett, Schrank etc), in der Küche steht außerdem eine kleine Waschmaschine. Dazu gibt es WLAN DSL. Einen Kabelanschluß gibt es auch, aber keinen Fernseher.
Es gibt keinen Keller und auch keinen Speicher, dafür aber einen Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung liegt ideal und ist 200m von der Tramstation weg (Bahn 16), zu Fuss sind es 5 Minuten zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Leipziger Straße (U6, U7).
Die Lage ist super, weil eben in 5-10 Minuten Fussweg es in der Leipziger alles gibt, was man braucht: DM, Rewe bis 24 Uhr, Aldi, Alnatura, Imbisse etc.
