Hello all,
Since I am moving to a new place I am currently subletting my apartment from the period of 01.06.2021 to 23.07.2021.
It has its own kitchen and bathroom and it is located in the student residence Uninest Alvarium.
The student residence has a lot of common areas: terrace, gym, parking spots, study room, cinema and game room.
Right across the street, there is the bus stop for lines 32 and 36.
It is a 5-10 minute walk to westbahnhof.
5-10 minute walk to Bockenheimer Warte Ubahn Station.
It is really close to Palmengarten and Grüneburgpark for the people who enjoy going for a job or staying at parks.
It is also close to Leipziger Straße, a street with lots of restaurants and shops.
About the rent:
It will be 600 euros for June and a bit less (proportional) for July.
The new tenant can use all of the equipment (bed sheets, pans, plates, etc.) It is ready to move in.
Since the contract is under my name, no Kaution is needed.
The tenant MUST be a student, this is non-negotiable.
