Cosy furnished 1-Zimmer Wohnung in the heart of Bornheim

Hello all!

I am leaving my very nice 1-room apartment located behind Bergerstrasse, a couple minutes walk from the U-Bahn stop Hohenstrasse. It's only 25 m2 but the big bulk bed saves space and the ceiling is high.

The flat is very quiet and furnished and the monthly rent of 485 € includes everything: heating, electricity, internet - no extra cost whatsoever. There is no commission either. However please note that 140 € must be paid upon leaving the apartment because it gets cleaned by a professional company (which means you will get the flat professionally cleaned as well before you enter).

It's a great deal for Bornheim and I was very happy while here!

I need somebody to take over from March 1st. The landlord is a private, is friendly and speaks German and English. The flat might be free a couple of days before the end of the month. The minimum rental period is 6 months.

The photos attached are taken with an iPhone so they are not perfect, and some of my stuff is still around. The two chairs you see can be replaced with two leather armchairs that the owner has in the basement. A TV is also available although not in the photos.
