Das Zimmer (mit großem Balkon und Skyline-Blick) ist mit allen notwendigen Ausstattungen möbliert (siehe Bilder, aber natürlich ohne Klamotten, Fernseher etc. :-)).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, keine 5 Minuten von der wunderschönen Berger Straße entfernt. Dort gibt es von Bars über Restaurants bis Shops alles was man braucht. In die Stadt sind es zwei Stationen mit der U-Bahn. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist mit dem Auto (viele Parkplätze im Umfeld) und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U-Bahn, Bus und Tram) ideal.
Besichtigungstermine sind am Dienstag, den 12. August. Die Wohnung steht ab Oktober zur Verfügung. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt etwa 550 € inkl. Nebenkosten (Internet ausgenommen).
