Hi,
ich muss berufsbedingt leider aus meiner Wohnung in Bornheim ausziehen. Ich suche deshalb einen Nachmieter ab dem 1. Juli 2016.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer, Flur mit Kochnische und Bad.
Teilmöbliert:
- Spüle mit 2 Kochplatten
- 2 Hängeschränke
- Kühlschrank
- Spiegelschrank (im Bad)
Die Nebenkosten enthalten unter Anderem:
- Wasser, Heizung, Kabelfernsehen etc.
Ich verlange eine Abschlagszahlung von 500 Euro für folgende Möbel (Zustand jeweils neu):
- Boxspring-Bett Virginia vom XXXLShop
- 2-er Bett Sofa Askeby von IKEA
- Couchtisch vom XXLShop
Die Lage ist einfach 1A. Sehr ruhige Gegend, aber in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss ist man auf der Bergerstrasse und hier gibts alles: Coole Bars, Penny / Rewe und co zum Einkaufen, Ubahn und Bahn Haltestelle Bornheim Mitte.
Mit der UBahn kommt man in 5 Minuten zur Konstablerwache.
Ich bin Mo-Fr ab 18 Uhr mobil zu erreichen. Gerne auch per WhatsApp.
