Es handelt sich eigentlich um eine Zwei Zimmer Wohnung, bei der jedoch nur ein Zimmer vermietet wird. Das andere Zimmer steht im Zeitraum leer, ist jedoch meine „Abstellkammer“, da ich von Mitte November bis Mitte Februar reisen bin.
Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Bornheim und wir sind eine gute Hausgemeinschaft, weswegen es mir auch wichtig ist, gute Untermieter zu finden :)
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Bornheim. Zur UBahn Station Seckbacher sind es keine 5min zu Fuß, und zu Bornheim Mitte ca 5-7min. Es fährt auch ein Bus direkt vor der Tür.
Außerdem ist die beliebte Berger Str nur 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Bornheim ist ein wirklich schönes und familienfreundlich Viertel.
Richtung Zeil ist man in der UBahn innerhalb von 12minuten, mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca 7min ;)
Die Wohnung liegt an einer Kreuzung, wodurch Lärm nicht unterbunden werden kann. Ich habe mich jedoch recht schnell daran gewöhnt.
