ich biete hier ein schönes 1 Zimmer Apartment zur Zwischenmiete in Bornheim Mitte an.
Zu mir...
Ich werde eine Zeit beruflich ins Ausland und im Anschluss zur Familie reisen.
Vielleicht um in Ruhe etwas in Frankfurt zu finden, bietet sich erstmal diese /meine Wohnung an.
Gut möglich, dass ich die Wohnung nach 3-6 Monaten dann ganz abgeben werde.
Das Apartment möchte ich für mindestens 3 bis 6 Monate (möglich) an einen NICHT – rauchende Person zu vermieten.
Einzugstermin wäre ab dem
01.08.2020 /15.8. / 01.09 möglich.
Gut möglich, dass ich die Wohnung nach 3-6 Monaten dann ganz abgeben werde.
Da es sich um eine möblierte Wohnung handelt, werden alle notwendigen Möbelstücke vorhanden sein, alles weitere werde ich vorab ausräumen, sodass die Wohnung „leer“ übergeben wird.
Die EBK ist ausgestattet mit einem Backofen, und einer Spülmaschine im Flur ein großer Kühl/Gefrierschrank.
Im Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein offener großer Kleiderschrank, sowie eine große Kommode.
In der Küche befindet sich ein leeres Regal, wo man seine Vorräte, oder Küchenzubehör verstauen kann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich Im 5. OG mit Aufzug.

I would like to rent my apartment to a non-smoking person, for at least 3 to 6 months possible. Moving in would be possible from agust 1st, 2020. 15.08/01.09
Since it is a furnished apartment, all necessary pieces of furniture will be available.
I will clear everything else in advance so that the apartment is handed over „empty“.
The Kitchen is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher in the hallway you will find the fridge/ freezer.
In the kitchen there is an empty shelf where you can store your supplies or kitchen accessoiries.
The Bathroom has a bathtub/shower.
In the room there is an open large wardrobe and a large chest commode.
The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten von der nächsten Bahnhaltestelle Bornheim Mitte/ Höhenstraße entfernt und binnen weniger Minuten befindet man sich auf der Berger Straße, auf der man Rewe. DM, Aldi, Penny, sowie Schneiderein, Restaurants, Cafés und so viel mehr vorfindet.
Mit der Bahn braucht man ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Der große grüne Günthersburgpark 15 min Fußweg, bietet sich hervorragend zum entspannen in der Sonne, oder auch zum spazieren oder joggen an.
Auch der Huthpark liegt nicht weit entfernt.
Der Balkon ist Richtung Süden ausgerichtet, sodass man tagsüber dort mit einer Aussicht auf die EZB genießen und verweilen kann. Binnen ca. 15-20 Minuten gelangt man fußläufig an die Main Promenade.

The apartment is about a 10- min walk from the nearest Bornheim Mitte and Höhenstraße train station and within a few minutes you will be on the Berger Straße, on which you will find Rewe, DM, Aldi, Penny, as well as dressmaking, restaurants, coffee places and so much more.
It takes about 15 minutes by train to the frankfurt main station.
The large green Günthersburgpark, 15 Minutes walk, is perfekt for relaxing in the sun, or for nice walk or a run.
The Huthpark is also not far away and many more green places or parks are close.The Balcony faces south, so you can enjoy and relaxe on you sunny balcony there with a nice view.
The Main Promenade can be reached on foot about 15 to 20 minutes.
