Vermiete mein Zimmer kurzfristig unter! Die Miete ist sehr günstig. Sie beträgt 208 Euro, ohne zusätzlicher Nebenkosten. Da es ein Zimmer im Wohnheim ist und der Schlüssel und die Möbel nicht mir gehören, muss ich sicherheitshalber eine Kaution von 300 Euro einziehen, was wir selbstverständlich vertraglich festhalten werden.
Das Zimmer enhalt ein Waschbecken und einen Kühlschrank. Das Wohnheim ist 2-3 Minuten von der U5 Haltestelle (Marbachweg, Sozialzentrum) entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich Parks und Einkaufmöglichkeiten.
Da es hierbei nur um eine Kurzzeitmiete (ab sofort beziehbar oder auch Tageweise), möchte ich alle anderen Informationen oder Fragen per Mail, oder Telefon besprechen! Besichtigungstermine finden immer Abends ab 17 Uhr statt.

Hello those who cannot find a modest place to sleep. I want to rent my 9 qm large room for 208 € from now till End of April (Internet and heating costs free) There is a further living room with TV, a huge kitchen and separate men's and women's toilets. You will get a contract for our secure, in wich is detailed the costs.The room is in Frankfurt City, Metro 5 in the direction Preungesheim; Exit: Marbachweg. If you have a question ask me via email: Sightseeing starts every day before 6 pm in the evening!
