Nachmieter/in für lässiges 1-ZKB Appartment in Eschborn gesucht. Gute Lage, traumhafter Taunusblick vom großen Balkon, 5Min zur S-Bahn (Haltestelle Eschborn, 13 Minuten bis Frankfurt HBF).
Bissel Plattenbaustyle von außen, aber von innen ganz ok, auch wenn man bei "Schöner Wohnen" sicherlich nicht gewinnen wird.
Der Balkon ist so riesig, dass man ihn auch gut noch als Abstell-"raum" mitnutzen kann, einen Kellerverschlag gibts aber auch.
Eine kleine Einbauküche, die ich bereits übernommen habe, ist auch schon drin,obwohl beim Herd nur noch 2 von 3 Platten brauchbar sind.Aber dafür umsonst. Kühlschrank,Waschmaschine,Bett und Top-Sofa kann ich gern bei Bedarf für nen schmalen Kurs "vererben",Gästematratze (90cm) ist auch vorhanden und wie neu.
Ich trenne mich nur ungern, aber ich ziehe mit meiner Holden nach Königstein, deshalb ist meine Junggesellenbude abzugeben.
