Einzimmer Wohnung im Herz von Frankfurt(Studentwohnheim)

Hallo wir werden im Februar aus unserer hellen Wohnung ausziehen, deswegen sind wir auf der Suche nach einer-einem Nachmieter-in. Die Wohnung besteht aus 1 Zimmer, (mit Fernseher, Bett, Schränke, Regal), eine Einbauküche(Spülmaschine), daneben gibt es unten Activity room 1, Activity room 2, Study Hall, Fittness, Waschraum und Garage.
Wir werden Wohnung nur einen Monat von 01.03.22 bis 01.04. 22 vermieten. Allerdings kann man es 1 Jahr oder mehr verlängern lassen aber der Preis ist erhöht.

Standort. Adickesalle 40, 60322 in der Mitte von diesem U Bahn Linien Miquel Adickesallee und Nationale Bibliothek. % Minuten mit U Bahn zum Hauptwache oder Konstablerwache Bahnhöfe. Bushaltestelle von 32 steht vor der Tür.

It is fully furnished with table, chairs, bed with a mattress, lamp, wardrobe, television, dishwasher. The oven and coffee machine, as well as monitor and Laptop 🙂 belong to me.
The building offers a common laundry room with both washing machines and dryers, fitness salon, study hall and cosy activity zones with billiard, dart, kick table, cinema projector.
Lage
Public Transport: The U-bahn stations can be reached in 5 minutes. The Bus stop station is direct by the door. 3 options you have:
1) The U-bahn Miquel Adickesalle : U1, U2, U3, U8 direction to Hauptwache)
2) The National bibliothek: U5 direction to Konstablerwache.
3) Bus N:32 direction to Westbahnhof and Ostbahnhof
