I am looking for a subtenant (from. 01.07.23 - 30.09.23) for my 1-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of "The Fizz Frankfurt" student residence. Alternatively also gladly contract takeover by a subsequent tenant (more on this below). The rent of 730€ includes ALL utilities including storm, water, heating, internet and house service.
The apartment is about 18-19 square meters and fully furnished. The kitchenette is equipped with stove, combi-microwave, and refrigerator. The practical shower room consists of a shower, toilet and a wide sink and is also equipped with underfloor heating. In the entrance area of the apartment there is a large closet which offers a lot of storage space. The 120x200cm bed is foldable and offers further storage space. Also in the room are a chest of drawers, a 150cm wide desk with chair and a small dining table with two stools.
The two large windows overlooking the Frankfurt Fair are well sealed, so you hardly hear any noise from the street and it is not too hot even in summer.
Another highlight of the house is the large roof terrace on the 10th floor which can be shared by all tenants.

The Fizz Frankfurt is located in the middle of Frankfurt's Gallusviertel and is well connected. The streetcar stops almost directly in front of the door and can be reached in less than a minute. The nearest S-Bahn station "Galluswarte" is 600m away on foot or one stop by streetcar.
Right next to the Fizz is a Penny for daily shopping. A Rossmann, Lidl, Aldi and Rewe are also within walking distance in a few minutes.
I am also flexible on giving the apartment from 15th June 2023 but in that case will only take half the rent euro 365 for the first month, subsequently take the above mentioned monthly rent in the following months.
