Die Räumlichkeiten teilen sich auf in ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, einen Flur, wie auch eine separate Küche und ein Badezimmer. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind gepflegt, obwohl es sich um einen Altbau handelt.
Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet, obwohl die aktuelle Küche (Backofen, Spülschrank, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Regale/Schränke, Klapptisch + 2 Stühle), wie auch ein paar Regale vom Vormieter für einen kleinen Abschlag übernommen werden sollen (Abschlag: 500€).
Vetragsbeginn spätestens ab 01.05.
Besichtigungstermine können spontan telefonisch oder per Mail vereinbart werden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral nur 2-3 Minuten fussläufig von der S-Bahnstation Galluswarte (eine Station vom Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof entfernt)
