I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the Fizz student accommodation. The room is on the 9th Floor (Top Floor) with a nice view of the city.
The cost if you commit to 10 - 23 months is 972€.
Or if you commit to 6-9 months the cost is 1072€.
You have the option for your contract to end either on the 31.03.2024 or 30.09.2024.
Own kitchen and bathroom. There is also communal spaces in the building. All bills are included and this includes the wifi, heating and electricity bill.
There would be the possibility to move in prior to the 1st of June as I will be moving out from the 10th of May but this would need to be discussed in advance and agreed by the Fizz (which shouldn't be any issue).
