Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und neu renoviert. Highlight ist definitiv der tolle Holzboden sowie der französische Balkon. Auch die Küche ist klein aber fein und für eine Person ausreichend. Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn sind super. Ich habe mich hier immer sehr wohl gefühlt.
Man erreicht innerhalb von 1min Fußweg einen Lidl. Ansonsten kann man sehr gut mit dem City-Bus in ca 15min in die Stadt fahren. Es befinden sich viele gratis Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Ginnheim ist ansonsten auch recht gut mit der Metro verbunden und man ist schnell überall.
Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung aufgrund meines Auslandaufenthaltes für 6 1/2 Wochen für einen Festpreis von 1350€ unter. Ich suche jemanden der zuverlässig ist und sorgfältig mit meinen Möbeln umgeht. Die Termine für den Einzug und Auszug können wir gerne individuell absprechen. Ich bin da recht flexibel :)
