One room flat for students (near Uni)

Ab sofort!! Such ich jemanden der meine wohnung übernimmt. Wir werden dieser Monat einen Zwischenmiete Vertrag machen und ab November werden Sie den offiziellen Vertrag von mir übernehmen. Bitte schreiben Sie mir nur wenn Sie sicher sind, dass Sie die wohnung übernehmen möchten.



I’m leaving my room early before the end of my contract so you will be taking it up from me. Starting from 2.01.2020 there will be an added 10€ to the monthly payment.

If you’re not able to pay the prices and the Kaution in the right time then please don’t bother to contact me. Please note that the monthly rent (warm) is 532,76€ and starting from next year it will be 542,76€ a month. The Kaution must be paid fully before moving in.

The building is a Wohnheim near the Uni Campus Riedberg (15 min walk or 5 min with the bus) with mostly international students residents. There is a bus stop directly at the door that leads to the Nordwestzentrum.

You have your own separate room, kitchen and bathroom. There are some rules to follow to keep the peacefulness in the area. There is a room to wash your clothes, a room for group studying, a room with a TV, a big balcony, and some fitness equipments outside available for all residents.

Preferred renter: Student, no pets, keeps the room clean, doesn’t smoke, no parties in the room. Most importantly can pay the rent in time.
