vom 16.10. bis zum 15.4. möchte ich meine schöne kleine Wohnung zwischenvermieten. Die Miete beträgt warm und mit Internet / Monat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im etwas erhöhten Erdgeschoss, 4 Gehminuten vom Günthersburgpark entfernt und ist Teil der Hallgarten Siedlung. Die FH ist ebenfalls in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es gibt ein Bad mit Tageslicht und eine Wohnküche. Da ich Frankfurt nur für diese paar Monate verlasse, vermiete ich die Wohnung völlständig möbliert.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 25m2 groß, praktisch geschnitten und für eine Person ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort. Die DNB ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden, leider keine Spülmaschine.
Ich würde mich freuen, meine geliebte Wohnung in nette Hände zu geben. Auch wenn es keine MItbewohnerInnen-Suche ist, habe ich keine Lust auf Personen mit antisemitischen, rassistischen, sexistischen verschwörungstheoretischen Ansichten.

because I am leaving town for a couple of month I want to sublet my small, but nice appartement.
It is 25m2 big and will be fully furnished.
Its cosy and a perfect place for one person to feel at home in.
It has one room, an eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with natural ligth. A washing machine is also available.
The Günthersburgpark in the middle of Frankfurt Nordend/Bornheim is only 4 walking minutes away, the University of Applied Siences maybe 5. Also the Deutsche National Bibliothek is very close, for everyone who needs place to study or work on their own.
I would be happy to give my beloved apartment into nice and responsible hands. Even if it is not a roommate search, I have no desire for people with anti-Semitic, racist, sexist or conspiracy theorist views.

Der Günthersburgpark ist etwa 4 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die University of Applied Sciences ca. 10 Min und die DNB 15.
Die nächsten Haltestellen sind mit der U4 Bornheim Mitte und mit der Tram oder Bus der Niebelungenplatz.
Es gibt einen Rewe um die Ecke und ein paar Minuten weiter sowohl Lidl, Penny usw.
Die Untermiete wird mit einem Vertrag mit dem Hausvermieter, der AGB Wohnungsbaugesellschaft geregelt.
