Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine kleine Wohnung im Nordend im 4. OG. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Möbel die auf den Bildern sind, sollen übernommen werden. Der Vermieter hat der Übernahme folgender Gegenstände zum Preis von 500€ zugestimmt:
2 x Stühle
1 x Esstisch
1 x Schreibtisch
1 x Schrank
1 x Rollvorhang
2 x Schuhregal
1 x Beutelloser Staubsauger
1 x Schrank im Bad
1 x Schreibtischlampe
Falls die Übernahme der Gegenstände ein Problem ist, bitte NICHT melden, dann macht eine Besichtigung keinen Sinn.
Im Bad ist ein Anschluss für die Waschmaschine vorhanden, jedoch steht auch im Keller eine Waschmaschine vom Vermieter für das ganze Haus bereit.
Nordend - sehr zentral, alles ist genau vor der Haustür- Cafés, Banken, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Ich schlage dem Vermieter 3 geeignete Personen vor und er sucht sich den Mieter aus. Total netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter, sehr freundlich!
