Die Wohnung ist möbliert und eignet sich daher perfekt für eine Person. Highlight des Schlafzimmers ist das Kingsize-Bett. Es gibt eine getrennte Küche mit Elektroherd und alles was man braucht zum Kochen (außer einem Ofen).

Hello! My simple, but lovely furnished apartment is available for subletting for one week between 28.11.2022 and 06.12.2022.
The apartment is furnished and is therefore perfect for one person. The highlight of the bedroom is the king-sized bed. There is a separate kitchen with an electric stove and everything else that one needs for cooking (except an oven).
I am looking forward to hearing from responsible and respectful people :-)

- 8 min zur Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof mit der U-bahn
- 10min Kostablerwache fußläufig entfernt
Die lebhafte und berühmte Berger Straße mit all ihren Restaurants und Geschäften ist ebenfalls um die Ecke.
Es gibt auch einen wilden Garten, in dem man sich entspannen und die Gesellschaft unserer 2 Eichhörnchen genießen kann.
Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und unproblematisch.

- 8 min to the city center and the central rail station by metro
- 10 min walking distance to Konstablerwache
The lively and famous Berger Straße with all its restaurants and shops is also just around the corner.
There is also a wild garden where you can relax and enjoy the company of our 2 squirrels.
The neighbors are quiet and uncomplicated.
