ich biete eine tolle helle ruhige 1 Zi. Whg. 35 qm mit Balkon zum Innenhof, Bad mit Dusche, neue Einbauküche.
Da ich zum 01.03.2014 eine WG Neugründung eröffne und auch schon die passende Wohnung gefunden habe, möchte ich die Restlaufzeit der Kündigungsfrist durch einen Nachmieter stemmen. Gerne kann ich aber auch einen Kontakt zum Vermieter herstellen sodass die Whg. länger gemietet werden kann.
Die Whg. liegt in Höhe des Friedberger Platzes, wo jeden Freitag im der Friedberger Markt stattfindet der zum Essen und Wein trinken einlädt. Die Lage war für mich perfekt. Super zentral, 5 min zur Konstabler Wache, Straßenbahn und Bus direkt vor der Tür die fast all 5-10 min. fährt. Um die Ecke findet man einen Rewe und Netto sowie viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten.
