ich suche für die Zeit meines Auslandsaufenthaltes eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für meine Wohnung.
Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein Mehrfamilienhaus.
Die Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage und hat eine Größe von 40m2. Die Raumaufteilung gleicht einem Studioapartment mit drei separaten Räumen (Küche, Bad und großes Zimmer) und einem Flur.
Im Flur und im großen Zimmer ist Laminat verlegt und
das Bad und die Küche sind komplett gefliest.
Das große Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, hat große Fenster und ist daher sehr hell.
Die Wohnung ist neu-renoviert und in einem sehr gutem Zustand. In der komplette Wohnung befindet sich dezente, neue und moderne Möbel. Dazu zählen auch ein großer, offener Kleiderschrank, ein 140cm Bett, ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Sofa und ein FATBOY Sitzsack.
- Sonnemannstraße direkt am Main (100m)
- sehr zentral (man läuft bis zum Römer am Main nur 20 Minuten)
- Rewe (von 8 bis 22:00 offen), Aldi und S-Bahnen (es handelt sich dabei um ALLE S-Bahnen – Haltestelle Ostendstraße) 100m fußläufig zu erreichen
- U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind auch nur 100m bzw. 50m entfernt
- Straße vor dem Haus ist neu und komplett bepflanzt
