Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr ruhige Einbahnstraße im einen 3-Etage Gebäude. Die Wohnung liegt an 2 OG und hat ein großes Zimmer, Dielen, ein Badezimmer, eine separate Küche(mit dem Zimmer getrennt und hat ein separates Fenster), ein großen Balkon, ein großen Keller und dazu noch Waschkeller.
Kosten für Strom und DSL muss separat berechnet.

Die Wohnung ist geeignet nur für 1 Person!
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 350m von S bahn Rödelheim jedoch befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Ca. 5 Minute zu Fuß zu den Fluß Nidda und Nidda Park. 3 Minute zu Fuß zu Suparmarkt AlDI. Die Bahnhof gegenüber gibt es noch Tegut, Rewe, Deutsche Bank, Post Bank, Thai Massage....Mit Auto 3 Minute zu Autobahn 648.
Da ich ab 1. März ausziehen will suche ich einen Nachmieter. Die Möbeln+Waschmachine sind zu übernehmen. (700 euro auf eine verhandlungsbasis).
Parkmöglichkeit gibt viel. Kann jedenfalls auch eigen Parkplatz im diesen Gebäude mieten.
Bevorzugt Berufstätiger mit Verdienstnachweis.
