Studio Appartment, with aprox. 36 m2, with very nice balcony (great view of the city and its skyline), central heating in winter, own bathroom with bathtube, handy little kitchen with electric cook and fridge (freezer). I leave some furniture for a fixed price.
Nice placed, in one of the best neighborhoods, Sachsenhausen, with a supermarket next to the entrance of the building (Netto), and some other at just 5 mins. Walk. Main station of Sudbanhoff (U-bahn and S-bahn) at just less than 10 minutes walking. Easy parking.

Estudio de unos 36 m2, con amplio balcon y excelentes vistas a la ciudad (se ve gran parte de los rascacielos), calefaccion central en invierno, cuarto de bano aparte con bañera, cocina junto a la habitación/salón con hornilla electrica y frigorifico (con congelador). Dejo ciertos muebles por un precio fijo.
Buena situacion, en uno de los mejores barrios de Frankfurt, Sachsenhausen, con un supermercado en frente del edificio (Netto) y otros muy cerca (5 mins). Situado a menos de 10 mins andando de la estacion de Sudbanhoff (lineas de U-bahn y S-bahn), y facilidad para aparcar.
El contrato debe ser por un año.
