Hello!
Clean and new private flat in Sachsenhausen from 20.12.2020!
Rent is 620 cold, and 790 warm with WLAN, heating, electricity, etc. all included.
The flat is available from January 1, 2021, but you can move in a few days before Christmas for no extra cost! I plan to move out December 20th (I am returning to the states because my classes are all online) so you can move in then. I have already paid December rent, so you will pay from January first on.
Year lease required with a security deposit of 3x warm rent (2370) at the start of your lease. One time payment of 500 euro for all the furniture.

The flat is very centrally located in Sachsenhausen, just a few blocks from the river Main.
The closest S Bahn stop is Lokalbahnhof, from there it is a quick ride to the central station.
There is a Rewe just a 2 minute walk away, as well as restaurants, cafes, and other shops.
The flat is on the third floor of a new and well-secured building. There are security cameras on every floor, as well as by the front door.
The flat is bright, cozy, has floor heating, and is tastefully furnished! All of the furniture is stylish and in great condition.
There is a bed, desk, wardrobe, dresser, dining table, chairs, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, an iron, cleaning supplies, etc.
I will ask you to buy all the furniture off of me for €500. This is nonnegotiable.
All you will need to move in are a blanket and pillow. If you will need to quarantine upon arrival, I will happily purchase some new linens, and whatever else you need, for you before I leave on December 20th.
There are several laundry machines in the basement.
