Halli hallo,

Da ich umziehen werde, wird meine kleine und süße 1 Zimmer Wohnung ab dem 01.03.2023 frei. Die Souterrain Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer mit möblierte Kochnische, Diele mit Einbauschrank, Bad/WC und einen schönen Schrank. Bei deim Fenster hast du auch Blick auf dem Garten.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Studierende, da die Büsse 30 und 36 direkt zur Goethe Uni fahren.
Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.

Die Wohnung liegt in Sachsenhausen. Mit dem Bus 30 und 36 bist du in 15 min in Konstablerwache. Lokalbahnhof und Alt-Sachs liegen auch 5 min. mit dem Bus entfernt. Es gibt ein Tegut in der Nähe und in Lokalbahnhof hast du auch alles was du brauchst.

Die Vermieterin möchte eine Person, die mindestens 2 Jahre in der Wohnung bleiben möchte.
Noch ein paar wichtige Sachen:
- Es gibt leider kein Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Das heißt du muss irgendwo anders deine Wäsche waschen. Zum Glück gibt es auch ein Waschsalon in Lokalbahnhof.
- Die Nachbarin oben spielt das Klavier. Nur manchmal Nachmittags aber sonst ist es relativ ruhig in der Wohnung.!
