Es ist eine gemütliche Dachgeschoss-Wohnung im 4. Obergeschoss in einem 1984 erbauten Wohnhaus.
Die Lage im Dachgeschoss (kein Aufzug!) bietet eine herrliche Sicht auf die Stadt.
Die helle Wohnung verfügt über ein Tageslicht-Badezimmer mit Dachfenster mit WC, Dusche und Waschmaschinenanschluss.
Die Wände sind für eine ehemalige Musikstudentin zusätzlich schallisoliert worden und mit einer Echtholzpaneele verkleidet worden. Daher sind Instrumente spielen erlaubt.
Eine schon etwas ältere aber voll funktionsfähige Einbauküche ist vorhanden.
Es gibt leider keinen Balkon. Und auch keine Badewanne.
Ein Kellerabteil und ein Tiefgaragenplatz sind vorhanden.
Bestens geeignet für eine/n Student/Studentin (m/w/d).
Einzug ist ab sofort möglich.
Vermietung von privat ohne Makler.
Eine Besichtigung ist am Sonntag, 03.04.2022 möglich.
