Hallo,
ich bin erst kürzlich in meine 1 Zimmerwohnung gezogen, die wirklich eine phantastische Lage hat und dazu noch bezahlbar ist.
Sie ist ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Pantryküche und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr hell und wirklich praktisch geschnitten. Sie besitzt jedoch keinen Balkon oder Garten.
Jetzt muss ich beruflich ins Ausland und möchte meine Wohnung einer lieben Person zur Verfügung stellen, die die Wohnung und ihre Toplage genauso zu schätzen weiß wie ich es tue.
Es ist noch nicht sicher, ob ich überhaupt zurückkehre, daher kann es auch sein, dass die Wohnung komplett übernommen werden kann.
Aber wer hat denn überhaupt Interesse?
